I grew up watching cartoons, and I still watch many of them today. It may seem a little weird that I like so many of the female characters, but they're just drawn so sexy, and I don't care. They're literally hundreds of very attractive cartoon characters, but I've managed to narrow my favorites down to my top ten. So here they are in no particular order.
Dr. Girlfriend (The Venture Brothers)
I was originally only going to do a top nine list, but it just didn't feel right not having Dr. Girlfriend in it, so it became a top ten. If you can look past her deep monotone voice, Dr. Girlfriend is one of the hottest women ever drawn. The Monarch is a very lucky animated man.
Ariel (The Little Mermaid)
Technically Ariel is a fish, which would make a traditional relation very difficult, but not impossible. Her long flowing red hair, exposed navel, sea shell bikini top, and the sense of unrealistic underwater fantasy, really make her very attractive.
Jessica Rabbit (Who Framed Roger Rabbit)
Honestly Jessica Rabbit is the only character that I remember from the Who framed roger rabbit movie. With her thick luscious lips, half shut eyes, and long red hair, It'd be hard not to remember her. She was mysterious, erotic, and knew how to tempt a man. I doubt anyone could ever make a list like this and not include her.
Six of Nine (Tripping the Rift)
This is a very cheesy show, but for some reason I can't stop watching it. Six of Nine plays an android sex slave built to pleasure the captain of the ship. She's also the first officer. The show itself was meant to be a parody of the Star Trek and Star Wars movies. Although she's not classically animated, she's still worthy of a spot on this list.
Erin Esurance (Esurance auto insurance commercials)
Erin Esurance is defiantly the hottest animated insurance sales person ever. Not that theirs much competition, unless you count Geico's gecko. Even if she wasn't animated she'd still be way hotter than Flo from the Progressive Auto Insurance commercials. I think that the insurance companies know that sex sells, and they probably really cash in on that concept. Although she's from a cheesy auto insurance commercial, she's still defiantly worth a spot on this list.
Holli Would (Cool World)
Sometimes I feel like the only person on the planet that remembers the Cool World movie The early nineties had a thing for adding animated characters into live action movies, and Cool World, although it was never as popular as Roger Rabbit and Space Jam, was still a really cool movie.
Molotov Cocktease (The Venture Brothers)
Aside from being one of my favorite animated series, The Venture Brothers also created one of the hottest things ever drawn on paper, Molotov Cocktease. A super hot Russian assassin? Yes please. I have a soft spot for girls with accents, especially British and Russian accents.

Daphne Anne Blake (Scooby Doo)
Honestly Daphne was the only reason to watch Scooby Doo. Even though she never solved a mystery or found a single clue, she was defiantly the most visually appealing of the bunch. Lets face it, you could either watch the show for Daphne, or, the lesbian, the dog, the stoner, the gay guy with the ascot, or the land lord from Three's Company.
Amy Wong (Futurama)
There's not really much to say about Amy Wong other than she's Planet Expresses cutest intern. She's cute, she's Asian, and she's technically a martian. Futurama is another one of my favorite animated series, and Amy is a great addition to a great show.

Stripperella (Stripperella)
Terrible cartoon and even worse comic book, but Stripperella was written by Stan Lee and voiced by Pamela Anderson, so it's not all that bad. Her character was modeled after Pamela Anderson, and you can't go wrong with basing your series on one of the hottest models of all time.
